Compensation and Benefits

The Truckee Donner Public Utility District provides competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package to full-time, regular employees.

Benefits included are medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage for the employee and eligible dependents; CalPERS retirement; Life insurance benefit; and long term disability insurance. The District also participates in Social Security.

Paid time off includes holidays, sick leave and vacation days.
Optional benefits include: Deferred compensation plan, Aflac insurance and credit union membership.
