Inland Empire Brine Line
The Inland Empire Brine Line (Brine Line) is a gravity pipeline that delivers non-reclaimable waste from the Santa Ana River watershed upstream of Orange County to a treatment plant in Orange County owned and operated by Orange County Sanitation District. Santa Ana River Water Rights
Valley District has provided leadership in the management of water resources throughout its service area since its formation in 1954. In addition to its State Water Project contract that is used to provide supplemental water within its service area, Valley District has diligently pursued the acquisition of additional local surface water in an effort to increase water supply reliability for its customers.
